Procedures

Facial Surgery

A facelift is a surgical procedure which aims to address lax or drooping facial and neck tissue by standard discrete access incisions (in the temple hair-bearing scalp, in front of and behind the ear and backwards into the hairline) to allow firstly the underlying muscle layer to be lifted then the skin to be smoothly draped and tightened.

Brow & Eyelid

Eyelid surgery, eg to remove hooded excess skin in upper eyelids or to reduce eye bags, deep tear troughs and wrinkles in the lower eyelids typically has the biggest impact in refreshing and rejuvenating the facial appearance of all the facial cosmetic procedures.

Ear & Nose

Otoplasty simply means surgery to change the shape of the ears. While correction of prominent ears is the commonest procedure – this term applies to any operation to reshape the ears and would apply to cosmetic reshaping of the ear lobe & careful repair of torn ear-lobes where ear-rings have been dislodged.

Non Surgical

Not all of our treatments require you to make the commitment of having surgery. You can also undergo treatments such as Botox, or Dermal Fillers. These procedures are all quite similar in the way they are performed – you’ll receive an injection of specialist chemicals every so often to keep your face rejuvenated.

Tim, aged 52, is a subspecialist consultant surgeon in facial plastic cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and offers private cosmetic facial surgery at Spire Cheshire Hospital.

He was appointed a NHS Consultant in the Department of Maxillo- Facial and Facial Plastic Surgery at Manchester Royal Infirmary with Central Manchester Foundation NHS Trust in 2008 and served as Clinical Director from 2013-2017.
